It has never been simpler to exchange your Fizza Merchandise! We now offer Free exchanges on your purchases. We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of a Fizza Bag . If for some reason, you are unsure of the design or style of bag you have ordered or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, Just email us on ordersonfizza@gmail.com or call us on 9820080573  and we will take care of you the best way we can.

We have a super simple exchange process in the form of replacement or store credit.

We must receive the product/s within 10 days from the date it was shipped to you in an unused condition with all accessories and tags intact.

As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the Fizza Bags are sold and are in unused condition they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note. We also do not provide exchanges of free product or products purchased on sale.
