These terms of use, read together with the (i) privacy policy, (ii) fee and payment policy, (iii) delivery policy, (iv) promotions policy, and (v) return and refund policy constitute a legal and binding agreement between you And Fizza Design Studio, a firm registered under the laws of India, having its registered office at 312/B , Aristo Apts , Church Road , Marol , Andheri East Mumbai 400059

The Agreement, inter alia, provides the terms that govern your access to use (i) Fizza Store ‘s website www.fizzastore.com (“Website”), (ii) The Fizza store online lifestyle, fashion solutions, which inter alia facilitates sale and purchase of lifestyle and fashion merchandise (“Products”) through the Platforms, and (iii) the purchase of Products, and any other service that may be provided by Fizza Store from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

You hereby understand and agree that the Agreement forms a binding contract between Fizza Store and anyone who accesses, browses, or purchases the Products and uses the Services in any manner (“User”) and accordingly, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms contained in the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms contained in the Agreement, you are advised not to proceed with purchasing the Products or using the Services. The terms contained in the Agreement shall be accepted without modification. The use of the Services would constitute acceptance of the terms of the Agreement..

Please note that in these Terms, references to ‘you’, ‘User’ shall mean the end user/customer accessing the Website, and references to the “Website”, “The Fizza store”, “TFS”, “www.fizzastore.com”, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall mean the Website and/or The Fizza Store.

We encourage our users to read these Terms carefully while using the Website.



  1. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, or visit or use the Services in any manner. By registering, visiting or using the Services, you hereby represent and warrant to The Fizza Store that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Services, and agree to abide by the Agreement. If a User is below 18 years of age, it is assumed that he/she is using/browsing the Platforms under the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian and that such User’s parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including terms of purchase of Products, on behalf of the minor User. Should The Fizza Store be made aware that a User is under the age of 18 and is using/browsing the Platforms without the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian, The Fizza Store reserves the right to deactivate such User’s account without further notice.
  2. The Agreement is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including, but not limited to:

The Indian Contract Act, 1872;

The Information Technology Act, 2000;

The rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed there under, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”) and;

The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (“IG Rules”).

  1. The contents of Services, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design and the collection, arrangement and assembly of the content on the Platforms or any of the other Services are the property of The Fizza Store, its parent firm, group companies, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, suppliers, vendors and sister companies, as the case may be (“Content”), and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You shall not modify Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
  2. We authorise you to view and access the Content solely for identifying Products, carrying out purchases of Products and processing returns and refunds, in accordance with Return and Refund Policy, if any, The Fizza Store, therefore, grants you a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Services. This permission does not include a permission for carrying out any resale of the Products or commercial use of the Content, any collection and use of product listings, description, or prices, and, any derivative use of the Platforms or of Content.
  3. As means to assist the Users in identifying the Products of their choice, we provide visual representations on the Platforms including graphics, illustrations, photographs, images, videos, charts, screenshots, info graphics and other visual aids. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate visual representations, we disclaim any guarantee or warranty of exactness of such visual representation or description of the Product, with the actual Product ultimately delivered to Users. The appearance of the Product when delivered may vary for various reasons.
  4. Users may make purchases on the Platforms. For the purposes of identifying a User, The Fizza Store may, from time to time, collect certain personally identifiable information such as your first name and last name, email address, mobile phone number, postal address, other contact information, demographic profile, etc. Users may also register themselves on the Platforms. Registration on the Platforms is one-time and you are required to remember your username and password and keep the same confidential. In the event where you have misplaced your username and password details, you can retrieve and change the same using the “forgot username/password” option on the Platforms.
  5. The User shall assume all risks, liabilities, and consequences if his/her account has been accessed illegally or without authorisation through means such as hacking and if through such unauthorised access, a purchase of Products has been made through the Services. It is specifically clarified that payments of monies towards any Products purchased through the Services by unauthorised or illegal use of the User’s account shall entirely be borne by the User.
  6. Display of Products for purchase on the Platforms is merely an invitation to offer. An order placed by a User for purchase of a Product constitutes an offer. All orders placed by Users on the Platforms are subject to the availability of such Product, our acceptance of the User’s offer and the User’s continued adherence to the terms of the Agreement.
  7. You agree to maintain and promptly update all data provided by you and to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate or block your access to the Platforms, and refuse to provide you with access to the Platforms in future.
  8. All rights and liabilities of The Fizza Store with respect to any Services to be provided by it shall be restricted to the scope of the Agreement. In addition to the Agreement, you shall also ensure that you are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the third parties, whose links are contained/embedded in the Services. It is hereby clarified that we will not be held liable for any transaction between you and any such third parties.
  9. You understand that on your registration as a User or on your purchase of Products on the Platforms, you may receive text messages and/or emails from us on your registered mobile number and/or email address. These messages and/or emails could relate inter alia to your registration, our acceptance or rejection of your offer to purchase a Product, payment information, Product despatch information, information pertaining to other activities you carry out on the Platforms and information pertaining to the promotions that are undertaken by us (or third parties in connection with the Platforms) from time to time. It is specifically clarified that a text message and/or an email confirming the receipt of your order is not an acceptance from The Fizza Store that the Product will be delivered. Our acceptance to your offer to purchase shall occur and conclude only when the Products have been despatched by us and a text message and/or email confirming such despatch has been sent to you. We, at all times, reserve the right to limit the quantity of items in, or cancel an order prior to dispatch.
  10. Any communication from The Fizza Store shall be sent only to your registered mobile number and/or email address or such other contact number or email address that you may designate, for any particular transaction. You shall be solely responsible to update your registered mobile number and/or email address on the Platforms in the event there is a change. Further, we may also send you notifications and reminders with respect to scheduled deliveries of the purchased Products. While we shall make every endeavour to share prompt reminders and notifications relating to the delivery of purchased Products with you, we shall not be held liable for any failure to send such notifications or reminders to you.
  11. We may, at any time and without having to service any prior notice to you: (i) upgrade, update, change, modify, or improve the Services or a part of the Services in a manner it may deem fit, and (ii) change the contents of the Agreement in substance, or as to procedure or otherwise; in each case which will be applicable to all Users. You hereby agree that this is in the fairness of things given the nature of the business and its operations and you will abide by them. As such, you must keep yourself updated at all times and review the terms of the Agreement from time to time. Such changes shall be made applicable when they are posted. We may also alter or remove any content from the Platforms without notice.
  12. While we will make reasonable endeavours to maintain high standards of security and shall provide the Services by using reasonable efforts, we shall not be liable for any interruption that may be caused to your access or use of the Services.
  13. The Services included on or otherwise made available to the Users through the Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, except if otherwise specified in writing. We do not covenant or warrant that:

The Services will be made available at all times;

The Content available on the Platforms is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading;

The Products are of specified merchantability, merchantable quality and fit for use for a particular purpose.



You agree and undertake to use the Website only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when the Website, you will not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;

Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;

Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;

Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another’s computer;

Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

Download any file posted by another user of a Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;

Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;

Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India;

Violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions for the use of the Website contained elsewhere herein.

Exploit any of the services. We reserve the right to deprive individual Users of our cash on delivery payment option. Moreover, we might refuse any of our services, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to, if we believe that Users conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You shall not make any derogatory, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate, profane or indecent statement/s and/or comment/s about the Website, its associates and partners on any property owned or operated by the Website.



  1. Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) for the purpose of these Terms shall always mean and include copyrights whether registered or not, patents including rights of filing patents, trademarks, trade names, trade dresses, house marks, collective marks, associate marks and the right to register them, designs both industrial and layout, geographical indicators, moral rights, source code, technical data, broadcasting rights, displaying rights, distribution rights, selling rights, abridged rights, translating rights, reproducing rights, performing rights, communicating rights, adapting rights, circulating rights, protected rights, joint rights, reciprocating rights, infringement rights and further shall also include but not be limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code in relation to the Website.
  2. All IPR on the Website exclusively belong to either the Website. Under no circumstance shall any User infringe in any way such IPR of the Website to its use of the Website for any purposes whatsoever.
  3. All those IPR arising as a result of domain names, internet or any other right available under applicable law shall vest in the domain of The Fizza Store and/or its affiliates as the owner of such domain name.
  4. Every User hereby grants us a perpetual, non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, publish, transmit, reproduce, modify, adapt any content provided or created by the User. We shall have no liability for any infringement of intellectual property rights with respect to such content created by the User.
  5. Except as expressly provided herein, the User acknowledges and agrees that it shall not copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute or in any other way infringe any Intellectual Property Right through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization from the Website or the thirty party owner of such Intellectual Property Right.



  1. Prices for Products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Users further undertake that by initiating a transaction, the User is entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Website to purchase the products using such payment facilities as may be permitted by applicable laws and as may be accepted by the Website.
  2. The Website does not charge any registration/membership or browsing fee. However, the Website reserves the absolute right to alter the fee policy from time to time. In the event, the Website alters its services, it may introduce new fees for such altered services. All such fees that the Website may charge will be intimated to the Users and such change shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. All such fees charged by the Website shall be in Indian Rupees. The Users continued use of the Website shall be deemed as an acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
  3. Website may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment between Users and us. The Website shall initiate the remittance of the payments made by the User and the date of completion of transaction shall be after the Products are delivered to the User.
  4. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, the Website will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s or

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by and between the User and relevant banks of the User, or

Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

Illegitimacy of the payment methods (credit/debit card frauds etc.) being used by a User;

Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Website reserves the right to conduct additional verification for security or other reasons if it is not satisfied with the creditability of the User.

  1. Use of the payment facilities provided by the Website shall not render the Website liable or responsible for the non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breach of representations and warranties, non-provision of after sales or warranty services or fraud as regards the Products listed on the Website. The Website shall not be responsible for any damages, interests or claims arising from not processing a transaction.
  2. Every User hereby agrees to provide accurate information, such as credit/debit information for purchasing Products on the Website. Every User further warrants that he/she shall not use payment information or instrument that is not lawfully owned by the User. The Website shall not utilize or share with any third party unless required as per law, regulation or court order or in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Website disclaims all liabilities arising out of loss of any information pertaining to the Confidentiality of the credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account. In addition to these Terms, the terms and conditions of the bank or other financial institution shall also be applicable to every User. The Website disclaims any liability arising out of declining of payment by such bank or financial institution.
  3. The Website may in its sole discretion impose limits on the number of transaction which an individual holding a financial instrument may use for payment for Products.

Additionally, the Website reserves the right to refuse to process transactions exceeding such limit and transactions by Users that have incurred questionable charges and amounts.

  1. The Website is merely a facilitator for providing the User with payment channels through automated online electronic payments (either itself or through Service Providers), cash on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the payment of Products purchased by the User on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks (of either the Website or Service Providers).



  1. All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by us through a logistics partner. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the Website will endeavour to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard. Shipping is free on all orders above 2000 INR. A nominal shipping fee may be charged on all orders below 2000 INR. The shipping charges can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped. Once returned or in case the User does not receive the delivery within the time period agreed the User will be entitled to claim refund of the entire cost of the Product after adjusting relevant courier charges and such other charges that the Website may at its own discretion deduct.
  2. We shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products. We shall not be liable for any damage to the Product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
  3. The logistics partner supported by us will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the Website reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
  4. An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
  5. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

Bad weather

Flight delays

Political disruptions

Other unforeseen circumstances

  1. In the event any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
  2. The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.
  3. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website.
  4. However in case where a damage has been caused to the Products ordered, we shall replace the products as per our replacement policy as may be indicated on the Website along with the Product.
  5. If a User wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the User shall be required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.
  6. We shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The Users can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the Users will be refunded back the price of the product in the account or payment wallet, in accordance with the options chosen by you, as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.



  1. All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User may be returned or exchanged to the Website in accordance with the terms contained in our policy.
  2. However no Products will be accepted if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
  3. In case of returns and exchange:

Return/size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

The tags on the product should be intact.

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

  1. In case of return initiated and subsequently couriered by the User himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of Product may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the User. The User waives any claims against us in this regard.
  2. Refunds for courier charges shall be against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order.
  3. In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick up of a Product, (where the Users claims the Product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the Users successfully furnishes the RVP slip given at the time of the pick-up.
  4. Website will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to us is returned by mistake, we are not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  5. Size exchange can be availed at the special price of an item. Please take note that this is applicable only on Products that are exchangeable, as mentioned on the product page.
  6. Once returned or in case the User does not receive the delivery within the time period agreed the User will be entitled to claim refund of the entire cost of the Product after adjusting relevant courier charges and such other charges that the Website may at its own discretion deduct. In case a User does not raise a refund claim as per the Terms, the User shall be ineligible for a refund. In the event, the refund facility is not available in full or in part for certain Products, the User shall not be entitled to a refund in respect of such Products.
  7. All Products ordered by the User shall be eligible to be replaced in accordance with the Website’s replacement policy as indicated herein above, if the Product delivered is damaged, soiled or is different from the Product specifications mentioned on the Website.
  8. In case of exchange, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.
  9. All refunds shall be made in the form of store credits only. The credits can be used to make purchases from the Website in future.
  10. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.
  11. All Users shall comply with all the applicable laws including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made there under, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under and all other laws as may be applicable.



  1. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the absolute right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your The Fizza Store credit account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
  2. The User may be considered fraudulent if inter alia any of the following scenarios are met:

Users doesn’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by The Fizza Store

Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification

Misuse of another Users’ phone/email

Users uses invalid email and phone no.

Overuse of a voucher code

Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.

Users returns the wrong product

Users refuses to pay for an order

Users is involved in the snatch and run for any order

  1. The User may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:

User with a very high return rate

Invalid/Incomplete address cases

Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues

Account for the Users falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Any credits earned through loyalty or referral program will be forfeited in such case.

  1. The Fizza Store may cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by us:

Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category

Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

Invalid address given in order details

Any malpractice used to place the order

Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded

  1. If a User raises a complaint for partial item/partial order :

The Users is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.

An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information: short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario), the snapshots of the packet and other box(If any)(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users) and the refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation

The Users may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below: Users fails to provide adequate information about the case, Users fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any), if an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day and Users must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.


Returns & Exchange




  1. It should be unused.
  2. The price tags, brand tags, box and all original packaging must be present
  3. The product must be returned within 7 days
  4. Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product

Some additional guidelines:

  1. Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  2. Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
  3. Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.

Please note that the return and exchange policy is not valid on items that are on sale. These can only be returned or exchanged due to manufacturing defect or negligence on our part.



  1. For any manufacture defect issues, you can exchange a product within 7 days from the date the item is received as long as the following conditions are met:
  2. It should be unused.
  3. The price tags, brand tags, box and all original packaging must be present
  4. The product must be exchanged within 7 days

Some additional guidelines:

  1. Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all exchange except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  2. Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
  3. Once your item is received by us, the exchange is subject to your item having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days

Please note that the return and exchange policy is not valid on items that are on sale. These can only be returned or exchanged due to manufacturing defect or negligence on our part.



Option A:

You can exchange a product at The Fizza Store by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on My Exchanges and follow the steps. Once done, please pack the following into a sealed bag:

  1. The product to be exchanged.
  2. The price-tags
  3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and “Exchange This” written on it.

Option B:

Call up our Customer Delight Team at +91 022-28595645/46 to place your exchange request.

We will need the order number, products you wish to return and the reason.

After guiding you through the process, our team member will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your exchange yourself. If we are picking up the product, we will do so within 5 business days.

In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on orders@fizzastore.com



Yes, we have a reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number and return ID. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.



In case of a return, a small fee of 50 INR will be charged. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In case of an exchange, you do not have to pay for any reverse pick-up charges.



We promise to refund the entire amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid – no strings attached!

Please note:

  1. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed in case of returns.
  2. Reverse pick-up fee of 50 INR will be charged, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  3. In case of returns, if you couriered the product back to us on your own, no reverse pick-up fee will be deducted from refund amount.



It depends on your location. We usually deliver within 3-6 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.


1.We are happy to offer free delivery off your first order.

2.After that, delivery is free for orders above 1000 INR.

3.Orders under 1000 INR will be charged a small shipping fee of 60 INR for non-COD orders and 100 INR for COD orders.

4.Discounted products are not eligible for free shipping.

We work with a few private shipping companies. Each of them is assigned for different areas. All are safe, efficient, and reliable. We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.

Payment Methods


Two payment methods are available:

  1. Online payment gateway: We use “PAYU” as our payment gateway partner for enabling online payment transactions.
  2. Cash On Delivery (COD): A delivery agent will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Pay cash when the product arrives. All transactions are completed when goods are received with a signature. In the case of a missed delivery appointment, please contact the delivery agency..
